Eclipse Properties are property consultants with years of experience, we will advise implement and if need be assist in adapting the property to ensure that our landlords maximise on their investment.
We work alongside a number of local authorities and organisations offering compliant properties for a number of changing households. These include homeless families, single parent families, looked after young people, asylum seekers, and refugees. We always develop a professional relationship with all our landlords, and maintain this professionalism throughout the tenancy. We want to ensure that the lives that we are helping develop within these properties and that they have the best potential of success. It takes collaborative working with our landlords for that to happen. We are currently in the 7th year of professional working with many of our landlords.
